Connected Patient Records
Bring patient information, history and treatment plans into one workspace, supported by synchronization with the existing practice system.
A connected workspace for German dental practices, bringing patient records, appointments and AI-assisted documentation together through an integration with Evident.

Built for scalability across Germany
DenSuite brings a modern web workspace to dental practices that already depend on Evident for their daily operations. Our work spans the clinic-facing interface, backend services, patient-data synchronization and cloud infrastructure. At the center is a GDT 2.1 integration that connects the existing practice system with patient records, appointment management and AI-assisted documentation. The product brings these responsibilities into a shared workflow: staff can work with patient information, organize appointments and manage documents without treating each activity as a separate administrative task. Built for individual practices and clinic groups, DenSuite combines the practical needs of a busy front desk with the technical foundations for a broader rollout across Germany.
VectrixLab understood our domain quickly and delivered beyond expectations. The integration with Evident was seamless.
The central challenge was connecting two different environments: an established practice system used by clinic staff and a modern web platform with new automation capabilities. Patient information needed to move between them, appointments needed to stay connected to the patient workflow, and documentation needed to be easier to manage. Repeated data entry and fragmented tools added work at every handoff. The integration also had to sit within a product that made sense to reception staff, clinicians and administrators, each with different responsibilities. This made interoperability, interface clarity and access control connected parts of the same engineering problem.
We built DenSuite around the connection between the practice system and the people using it. The GDT 2.1 integration supports automated patient synchronization, while the web interface brings records, scheduling and documents into a consistent workspace. AI-assisted documentation adds support for the writing work that accompanies patient care. Underneath the interface, Next.js and NestJS provide the application foundation, with PostgreSQL, Redis and object storage supporting its data and document needs. Docker and AWS form the deployment stack. Role-based access and multi-clinic support extend the scope from a useful daily tool to a platform designed to serve both individual practices and growing clinic groups.

DenSuite is in the pilot phase with 3+ clinics in Germany, bringing the integration and daily workflows into real practice settings. Early feedback points to improved workflow efficiency and less manual data entry. The value lies in the connection between the parts: synchronized patient information supports scheduling, records and documentation within the same workspace. The pilot provides a practical basis for refining the staff experience and preparing for wider adoption. These are early-stage results; the next phase is to build on that feedback as the platform reaches more practices.
